If you are a huge sports fan and especially football fan,
looking for a new show to start watching, I would recommend that you start to watch The League. The league is about a group of friends that
play in a fantasy football
league together to gain bragging rights going to the winner until the following
year where it starts all over again with the start of a new NFL season.
As a huge football fan, I have to recommend that fellow
football fans take a look at FX The
League. If you are looking for
a good laugh then you will not be disappointed. The League is a yearly show that follows
that year’s NFL season, but the NFL and fantasy
football part is just a way for the show to relate the draft they have
at the start of every season to the weekly schedule that the NFL also has.
There are 6 main characters that are in search of the title
of the Shiva, the trophy they play for, and they are as follows, Ruxin, Pete,
Kevin, Jenny, Taco, and Andre. They are
followed through their everyday lives and constantly doing whatever it takes to
make their teams better may it be blackmailing on so his wife won’t find out
about what they have done, or even making a deal for the first pick of a draft
so one of their clients will not go away to jail for the rest of their
lives.

So if you love watching a group of friends do whatever it
may take to win a trophy for a fantasy
football pool and bragging rights for a year then this is the show for
you.
